| The Wine Show (an industry only event) is held on March 1st-2nd in Bowral in the Southern Highlands of NSW. | |||||
| The Food and Wine Festival follows and is held on Saturday, March 3rd (from 10am to 6pm) and Sunday, March 4th (from 9am to 4pm). The public is invited to join us on either, or both days. The Festival aims to promote Highlands and National Food and Wine producers to the public. | |||||
