| a) |
All entries must be made on the form supplied. Submissions will only be accepted for wines with a minimum of 85% of the entered wine originating from a vineyard that has some, or all, of the vineyard at or more than 500 metres above sea level. |

All information requested must be supplied. Signed entry forms (or ticked accordingly on online forms) must be accompanied by full payment of all entry fees. | |||||||
| c) |
Entry fees are $ 30.00 per entry. | |||||||
